Sometimes we need a reminder about how awesome, powerful and brave we are. We know how defeating it feels to ‘lose’ to our urges, but remember, your BFRB is a small part of you and what makes your super power.
Small Acts of Bravery can include so much, and can oftentimes be overlooked when we are working so hard to reduce urges and heal. But these small acts of bravery are so important to the healing journey. Healing is much more than skin deep, it also encompasses our thoughts and feelings about ourselves. Every small act of bravery is a reminder to ourselves that this too shall pass, and we can try again.
